higher nitec to poly

hi all, i just graduated h.nitec this year with raw gpa 2.088 and with cca of 0.2 and unable to secure a sit in any poly after JPAE and multiple appealings. so i am thinking to work for a year with a relevant field to wad i studied in ite and maybe get a testimonial and apply poly again next year, is that possible? i know it's a bit tough to enter to poly with such a low gpa. so with a 1 year gap, is it eligible to apply jpae next year or can only apply DAE or can apply both? i guess with testimonial to what i have done with this 1 year with relevant field with work can help a bit in DAE? thanks all
