Just got a 75' U7N at a fantastic price (i think)... I was checking and found out that 75' U7N use a different panel. is that true?

Yup. 75" U7N is ADS Pro while the rest of the sizes are VA.

I just updated firmware on U7K and now the Netflix app has no sound. Other apps like Youtube and live TV are ok.
Any ideas how to get back the sound on Netflix? I have tried reloading it but no effect.
At least the new update seems to fix the intermittent loss of connection to the soundbar via ARC.
Sigh, 1 gain 1 loss...

Maybe you didn't update properly la. Switch off tv too early. time to reset.

I managed to get back the sound for Netflix by changing the TV sound setting from ARC to eARC.

Just bought the 55" version to replace a Xiaomi P1 which has sound but no display after 3 years 3 months. Got it at $599 after vouchers and discount. If this one spoilt after 3 years, it will costs about $200/year.

What's the difference between QLED and normal? Last time I only know VA or IPS panel and the P1 was an IPS panel which was hard to watch during daytime as it reflects the sun coming from my living room window quite badly. All the dark scenes can hardly see.
I hope this Hisense Panel is better and their service is better than TCL. Was considering TCL too but read some horror stories on the TCL thread.

there was a 15% shop discount but I'm not sure how I got it in the first place.

The Vidaa OS on the U6N pro is so limited. Can anyone share how i can sideload apps or is there any other work arounds please .
