Hitach HDD Noise

Need help,

My Hitachi HUA722010CLA330 HDD been making a lot of noise recently, includes some not perfectly timed 'scrape' noise. Everything is working fine, but when transferring or dling big files, the vibration can feel from the case :s12::s12:

I googled but still couldnt find any reliable diagnosis, help me bros :s22::s22:
