Hitachi Enterprise RMA

Hi all, I bought a hitachi enterprise 1tb harddisk from fuwell close to 5 years ago. Now there are bad sectors and I'm thinking of doing an RMA. Is it still possible? Where do I have to go?

I've tried checking the warranty status but the website told me that the serial number couldn't be found in their database. I still have the receipt though.

HGST bought over by WD, maybe can check with WD about RMA HGST drive.
