they mentioned

No show charge:
SGD150 will apply for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.

Have called cathay myself.
They said that you need to call in before departure date to inform them you are not flying. Else, there would be no show fees of 150sgd ...

i wanted to transit in HK or detour a bit but no direct flights (cheap enough) between cambodia and HK

the only flights i can find for cambodia to hk is more expensive than direct flights for sin-hk

u might wanna check scoot, sometimes they might have promo

booked a week plus back ...

thu to sun back, good timing
8am depart thu, sun is either 1055am or 7pm depart
checked in luggage is 25kg for 30sgd one way

at the same time, jetstar tat time also having promo 91sgd taxes in two way nett ... timing also good, just tat must fly fri to mon, no sun back.
