took jetstar to hkg, quite bearable for 3.5 hrs flight. chose scoot (scoot in silence) to tpe (red eye), quite comfortable.

conclusion: i will just go with jetstar for the better timing, not that uncomfortable for 3.5 hrs. my SO is 1.9m tall.

Can I know Jetstar or scoot better for hk trip ?? We ever took Jetstar to Bkk and it was ok but my frenz was telling me scoot plane is more bigger but timing for hk no good ...

jetstar is a320 flight timing is better, 3 timings to choose from
leg space not very much, quite tigher
3 toilets, 180 seats

scoot is boeing 787 dreamlinear. leg space is more
timing is really omg ...
sin to hk 0130 to 5am
hk to sin 0650 to 1030am
timing alone u will not take with them again !!!
at least 12 toilets, 450+ seats

U have to check out hotel at 2.30am
take bus at 3.30am, if u going with friends
reach airport at 4.30am
long queue there with everyone lack of sleep
then 6.50am flight depart lol
flight is so quiet filled with zzz sound ...

yup in terms of timing wise
tiger timing also not bad
jetstar last 4 mths have 63,91,128 sgd two way nett taxes in promo
waiting for their club sales, my guess would be in apr ...

Took scoot in January. No delay except for departure due to passenger no show. Had to off load his bags.

Cox airline usually utliise their aircraft to the max
If one destination is delay then might affext the rest.
Frw trs back sccoot have serious delay
Many people stuck in airport
Some even complaint that no free hotel accomodation given to them when their flight is rescheduled to next day.

you need to change train to the airport

in terminal 2 departure hall, there r few restaurants there. not very ex
have burger king, price is about 58 hkd above for whopper meal ...
also have foods such as wanton mee, beef noodle etc for 32hkd ...

yup, their airport bigger than singapore i guess
so is better to reach airport early. else u might end up running lol
my flight departs in the evening, boarding started 20min before departure
