Hi. I will be traveling to HK in end Oct. Has anyone tried redeeming the HK goodies (https://www.discoverhongkong.com/seasia/deals/hkgoodies/gifts.html) from the airport? Are the deals good and easy to redeem? I'm interested in getting the free airport single journey journey ticket and Tourist Badge at Happy Valley Racecourse.

Redeemed single journey tickets at hkia during my last trip in April. Not difficult, just need to queue at the hong Kong express customer service counter. Its at the airport express area not the mtr customer service at the arrival hall. Must register online first

Yes. The counter is next to the HK airpress train.

be careful with some of the HK$100 voucher they give you at the airport, most of the eatery accept those voucher are very expensive joint

About the Airport Express ticket, can I collect it when I arrive on Sat but only use the ticket on my return date on following Thu?

We collected 4x red envelopes from the HK goodies counter upon exiting from the Airport immigration using our passport. Within the red envelope is a QR code. Just scan the code and register using a non-HK number to create a account. After that you can choose whichever available goodie to redeem from the list. Choice are limited - Airport express ticket are all claimed.

We redeem 4x Horse racecourse tourist badge at Happy Valley. It was a fun experience.
