HK ICT and mc halfway.

Hi all.

I am currently in day 2 of my HK ICT and cam down with fever at 39 degrees.

MO gave me MC till Friday.

Will my HK still be counted ? And how will my salary be calculated

as long as u are not outpro'ed ur pay will be the same.. ICT shld still be counted unless ur commander tell u otherwise

However, if they outpro u, ur pay u will only get the duration from u inpro to the day u outpro, and once outpro no count

so long as you never kena outpro, your HK still counted and you still get paid.

even if there's no ICT, when you work u by right still get paid when u take MC ma.. of course for salaried employees la.

Moi OC gotch someone fever at Friday. Tell them outpro. Might as well outpro on the first day. Either low key or no key.
