Hi to all the enthusiasts! I recently decided to take my old dslr (canon 60d, EF 50mm f1.8 stm) out of the dry cabinet and start playing with it as a hobby... Im relatively new and a beginner you can say, but i'd like to learn more about photography, like where to shoot and how to shoot better. Any recommendations on places, or clubs i can join for newbs like me? Many thanks in advance! :s8:

there are many resources online, clubs, forums to join. So choose one that suits you.

I started my photography route when I inherited a m43 mirrorless from my gf.
Then I learn from my friend who shoots weddings and events by assisting after I got my dslr.

For a start, I would recommend beginners this book as this is the first recommended book that I read.

Think now is 4th edition, mine is 3rd edition.

I see! Thanks for your advice! I'll make sure to read up on the book. May i ask, what clubs/forums are there in Singapore?
