Can anyone advise what is the past winter conditions like in Hokkaido around end Nov and Early Dec. Is it snowing a lot already? I am not into skiing but would love to play some snow activities. I was told it is a better time than towards end Dec, Jan and Feb. Can still take some beautiful clear shots of Mount Yotei, etc. Any advise would be great.
