Anyone using 17in rims? Hows your FC?

Collecting my Gp5 soon, it came with 17in. Have to drive and monitor FC before considering whether to downgrade to 16in.

I only know of a workshop in jb for hybrid. Alot of sg go there for hybrid maintenance.
Mine is non hybrid. So any decent workshop will do. If u got good workshop can share.

Wild guess - more locally fitted stuff in the Jazz compared to the Crosstar, e.g. centre armrest, leather steering wheel.

ahhh paiseh

i am not an expert in cars but would the Crossstar be better than the Nissan Note e-Power in terms of value?

Depends on the definition of 'value'.

If it's value as in value for money, the Nissan Note is better as it's cheaper and has a lower depreciation.

If it's value as in resale value, Hondas hold their resale value well since their powertrain is pretty reliable. Nissan has a bad reputation with their CVT gearboxes.

As in, which will be more suitable for my type of profile? Single guy here still living with his parents with some mobility issues

Not resale value as I find japanese cars hard to sell off tbh

Both are pretty similar.

A crossover may be more suitable for your use-case - easier for parents to enter the car. See Kicks and HR-V.

is nissan e-power considered CVT gearbox or a totally different tech?
Different tech as the electric motor(s) in e-Power vehicles provides the propulsion.

Jazz has 1.5 IIRC. Fit is only 1.2.

Road tax both should be the same. One is PI (last time), one is from Kah. Both are good workhorses. I always get overtaken and sped past by either.

You save more on hybrid if you do 300km a day or more. If you only do like 50 a day, you don't save much on hybrid.

I looking at the new honda fit 2024 , but seem like PI unit only bring in fit petrol model, while kah motor is jazz hybrid. I estimate my monthly drive only max clock 1000km, so is hybrid or petrol variant is better choice?

I drove hybrid (not jazz or fit but new Freed), it does save. When I used petrol car, I need to pump for every week, and now I go to petrol station once every 3.5 weeks. My weekly mileage is average about 300KM
