I think we shouldn't be complacent. It's a miracle that the casualty is only 160 considering how fast the fire went up, like within minutes to the top floor. If it's Singapore, imagine how are we going to move a hundred boomers and pioneers on wheelchair and PMD down a 30 story flat in 15 mins? MAybe we should have fire drills for tall flats?
