I recently played around with my old but perfectly working Mate 9 that has a flat screen. The flat screen feels so much better than the curved screen of my Mate 20 Pro. I intend to switch back to a flat screen phone next time.

This Magic 3 series phones, just nice it is a Huawei Mate 40 Pro -> Honor Magic 3 series.


Those who actually wants to buy Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone, can look at this phone :)

The Honor Magic 3 Pro Plus looks to be a very good phone. I guess the Pro version is good enough for me. Hahahahaha. I can't wait for it to be released over here...

Beyond the optical zoom, the quality of the photo images dropped drastically. There was also jerkiness when panning the camera in video mode.

hard...all the new phones now, as long its a "pro" and "pro plus" version..it will come with a freakin curve screen xd.

This Magic 3 Pro Plus costs an eye-watering $2.5k :cry:

As the prices of these flag-ship phones with very good cameras approach $2k, I find compact 1-inch sensor cameras under $1k becoming a very good alternative. Such cameras will also stay relevant for many years, unlike handphones that will become obsolete in 3 years.
