Looks very heavy
i got such similar case from TB. it does makes the phone abit heavier, "block" the power button abit, but still usable.

Overall, i think it doesnt make the phone fat, bulky, and provides good protection other than the rear lens area will accumulate abit of dust at times.

And it is very tight fitting. So taking our the case could be a hassle to some.

Msia also stated 365, dunno where is your source. during purchase, it is one of the freebies stated whether in SG/MY.
You are right! Sorry can't find back the source now. it was a warranty policy itself from .my domain name.

That is because CN set has very aggressive battery optimisation that literally kills all third-party apps the instance you exit or no background activity after a few minutes.

yup. but i hv many background apps enabled and running. still better than Samsung.

Based on DXOMark on the camera modules, it was ranked 37th overall but ranked 2nd in the foldable category.

Seems like Singapore getting the longer end of the stick this time. Cheaper in price, 365 days screen cover instead of first 6 months free, second 6 months 50% off

Singapore if not wrong is always 365 days covered unlike Malaysia 50% 50%. But the benefit of Malaysia Honor is that you don't need to submit a warranty, just like what last time Huawei did.

Warranty:
Malaysia Honor: https://www.honor.com/my/support/honor-care1/
Singapore Honor: https://eplanetworld.com/pages/honor-warranty-policy (registration required within 60 days of purchase, evidence of purchase is required)

More ex in MY too. A little odd, as Honor is more established in MY and the warranty is in-house. Or perhaps not, if the thinking is that ppl will buy for the reason that they are established brand there.

I think partly due to the increase in strength for the Malaysia currency lately too. If based on the old rate of 3.5, it's on par to SG's $1999

Am very confusing now ..are we taking about the local warranty or Msia warranty .. to be honest am only interested in local warranty.
We're saying that there's a difference between Singapore & Malaysia's 365 days screen protection for V3. If you care about local then no problem, its very clear cut 365 days just that need to remember to register warranty within 60 days as mentioned by yhw22

Using this case now with privacy screen : https://sg.shp.ee/fAnPqZF
The front screen is flushed with the hinge, overall very smooth to use.
Camera is covered with magsafe. No dust problem. Only problem is slight fingerprint magnet.
I used this case too, for 3 days, then switched back to original casing.
Issues:
1. NFC - I cant topup my son's ezlink, filled to detect. But Gpay works fine
2. Cant wireless charge
3. Front screen too dark.

Did you manage to resolve these? If I can resolve them, I will put it back on. All round coverage protection!!

The Tri-Fold world: https://www.huaweicentral.com/xiaomi-tri-fold-phone-patent-reveals-huawei-mate-xt-like-design/

Tri-Fold Phone: a new trend!

Foldable phones are quite trendy but it seems the world’s first tri-fold – the Mate XT has taken the trend to the next level. After Huawei, various tech makers like Honor, Samsung, and Xiaomi are ready to jump into the triple foldable pool.

Honor is said to bring a 10mm thick tri-fold, while Samsung is allegedly preparing a rollable-style device. Now Xiaomi is ready to step into this ground. How this trend becomes a battle among smartphone makers would be worth looking at.
