Actually most POs are FCFS limited quantity one, but ya probably can include a caveat like "only the 1st 2k buyers etc". Tho very hard to manage coz they rely on many partners/resellers to push their products.


What motivated you to upgrade from v2 to v3? The global tech one a bit zz lol, did you refund eventually since not as advertised?
I sold on carouhell but kinda missed V2 and iPhone getting really boring. But the killer was my company intune required Android 14 and above. At that time magic os was stuck at Android 13 (now 14). I also owned Fold 2 all the way to Fold 5 (lasted longest).

For v2

Last year ordered from Challenger shopee, preorder gifts didnt come, other than the screen warranty pasted on the box (register online). Have to keep chasing them. The “cso” on Shopee said the official Challenger online store and their Shopee store are manned by different department. That is why I fear of ordering from them.

I ordered a Poco phone from Global Tech before, said local warranty, end up is export set but local warranty from them.

i see Lady Collective excluded the watch now, most people dont like it so it should be alright. Since they throw in some JBL stuff, but those also not worth a lot if resell.

so have to be very careful buying online , dont flame me ah, just my personal experience

Ya before magic os8 quite bad (for their magic 5 pro series too), I hope they can ramp up their updates frequency, that's the only concern.

sure. I just explain my opinion since you specifically asked. Its ok if you disagree.

But at the end of the day, the fact remains that HONOR missed out at least 1 potential customer that may actually turn into their loyal brand fans.
But yeah, they are entitled to make whatever business decision they deem is best for them.

in the phone world no loyalty de la lol. If not urgent just wait for subsequent sale for similar/better deals.

the next time you can get a 265 voucher and these many freebies (pen/charger) is likely 11.11 liao. 10.10 promo usually bad, 12.12 wont be as good as 11.11. So real price drop or even same price should be about CNY next year.
11.11 sales will not have so many freebies but lower price , also can wait for user experience
the freebies are not worth much tbh , rather they sell the phone at lower price then give all those
most ppl dont even use the freebies hahaha , go carouhell you know

I think honor kinda finally found their way. am I right to say honor is still Huawei even tho they sell to some "other" company to avoid sanctions?
no la.. if honor is still huawei surely the google ban will affect them.

I was referring only referring specifically to their own official shop. Other reseller then sua la :p
As can be seen in this thread alone, actually quite a number of us have valid concern of getting china set from reseller, and prefer to get directly from official shop for peace of mind. The fact that the official shop very fast OOS feels like a missed out opportunity.
