front screen no matter how i touch or scroll, nothing is happening.

inner screen got abit during initial opening of the screen, but still able to touch and scroll as per normal.

i didnt experience this after 171. have you try to clear cache in bootloader mode?

Mine is still 165. Recently my front screen is also not responsive. Sometimes it will hang . I dunno is because of "old age" . I bought it last year 9.9 sale

Mine is totally not responsive at all. Need to unfold to use the phone now. The front screen still able to light-up and notification.

Same problem. I notice the hang and lag too. actually kind of disappointed as I only use for 10 month. I expected more from honor at the price point. I start to see line on my front screen after sending in for repair due to fingers sensor not working...just 10months old...very sad

Hmm for the 171 update, the only temp issue i experiencing is higher power consumption and warmer operating temp but it was stated for the update that this may happen and it wil resolve after a few days.

Update on front screen issue, I went down to Plaza Singapura and they help me to order the front screen spare parts (claim came with battery too). They will contact me once the part arrived.

No data lost as I asked them. Repair will take 1 - 3 days.

Will update again once repaired is done.

did you accidentally updated using honor app store? sometimes the version updated by honor app store is not compatible with playstore.

try uninstall and reinstall from playstore?

wouldn't recommend second hand phones for folding/flipping phones. You never know how much the previous owner abuses it. Though the screen can last a few tens of thousands of folds, idk if they had actively open and close or flung it open with force like flossycarter
