same issue as mine, better to go svc centre to check and get it repaired before warranty over....
but prepare for 1.5mths wait if you send it in

I forgot my warranty period. Not sure is it 1 year or 1+1 year.

Afternote: I found my warranty status in honor Singapore website by keying in my phone serial number. For sharing.

is there anything you can do to speed it up? the repair times are too long and worse still they are unresponsive.

I checked from honor waranty, it showed that my Honor Magic7 Pro is only 1 year which it should be 1+1 years.

a) anyone, kanna the BOKEH effect on camera ?
okay at 0.6x and 3.5x, but 1x is goner... spoil all my photos...

any ideas hardware or cache issues?

b) i bought sep24, supposed to be 2yrs warranty, but SG site, only stated as 1 year

Volume down button not working when folded but working when unfolded

After 16 mths, my V3 inner screen requires replacement. Symptoms: Inner screen worked fine when unfolded but when folded outer screen doesn't switch over and unfold again inner screen sometimes freezes for a while then turns back on OR freezes in honor logo. Need press power & volume down button to hard restart.

I thought this flagship phone under 2yr warranty, but was told warranty over by 4 mths, svc centre uncle say inner screen problem need replacement $700+ plus $80+ svc charge. Tell me can consider going outside repair shops around 400+. Alternatively continue using this phone unfolded.

I guess it's bye bye Honor. Planning to pick up F5P with 24mths worry-free ownership.

V3 is one year.. v5 is two years.. seems like they have some hinge screen issues for V3 hmm..

quite similar issue as mine, in the end, inner also got problem with it. V5 is 2yrs warranty. lot of V3 user having similar problem too.

Just a update on my v3 bought in 2024 sept. Send for repair last year 1 week in early sept 2025 before warranty ended for fingerprint issue. Collected phone on oct 2025 and after that I passed the phone to let my wife used. Now the v3 external screen is no longer worked . Only can use when it is unfold and somemore fingerprint also not so responsive anymore.

Since no longer under warranty. Any ideas how much for the repair for the above issue .

You may want to got JB for repair which is confirm cheaper than SG and better/faster.
