Yes i see online nothing. then I walked into their store and saw the display unit. they also mentioned they have ready stock despite their social media saying launch on 12 June. But yeah the dual OS is quite interesting, still playing with it. Oh it also supports Widevine L1.

Still trying to get used to the quirky MagicOS. For example, i can't seem to remove apps (but not uninstall it) from home screen. Linux Lab requires developer mode to be enabled. Otherwise, for general entertainment use it is pretty zippy. BTW the keyboard is not backlit, just the caps lock key.

When I try to play demo set at Harvey Norman, there is no Linux or let me play so called PC OS.
Not sure its needed install separately or its pre-install.

Other than that, the stunning sound and also PC mode not bad actually.
Still dilemma in-between Samsung Tab S12 or this.

Hi I recently purchased the Magic Pad 4 and i am having so much issues with stupid recommendations pushed from the OS.

Currently i could see "Recommendations" as a option under HONOR AI, APP Market, Honor Search, Themes, System Manager. I have already disabled those places but i still get the notification frequently. Any other place i need to disable?

Honestly i am so fed up with recommendations options and data collection options i need to disable all over the default / built in apps and services. To be honest its not a cheap device where we user has to agree ads will be part of the system like Xiaomi. At this stage its worse than Xiaomi.

Unfortunately i don't have any other Magic OS 10 device with me. Anybody with other honor devices can confirm whether its also like this on their devices?

can try to turn off the settings in the indicated sections

i don't have a honor model now, but this scenario seems similar to xiaomi, have to turn off in multiple sections, not just one area

I have already turned off the honor search as mentioned on my previous post bro. But still the recommendations keep popping up.
There are multiple search results in the link, check the rest, not just the 1st search result
