In hand, it feels mediocre. It is most suited for folks who cant charge their phones for 1-2 days, or work outdoors. The camera module design is dated (which is why I chose the black one, to help it look 'understated'). Having said that, its true power shows only if you drop the phone or something falls on it. Phone shell can still get scratched, so I still use a case.
Battery can definitely last 3 days for me. I even indulge in High refresh rate setting since the battery can handle it. I also turn on other battery draining features avoided in other phones. Camera is what you pay for, not more. It could be better if you adjust settings under manual mode.
MagicOS is fine. Exclude the AI nonsense and its pretty standard. Loses to MiUI in terms of dual apps capability and quantity of themes though.
Btw, I spent many hours moving ~130 apps from old phone and configuring this new one, despite copying over usb cable and using bitwarden to fill some credentials. 2FA on so many apps really bogged things down nowadays. Its so tedious I wonder how others manage with very frequent phone changes. I wonder if iphones do it better. Any tips for my future use?
