How important is it to have good honors (1st class/ 2nd upper) for degree in Accountancy from NUS/NTU?

1st class and 2nd upper no diff if you're going audit. If you are working elsewhere, then starting salary may differ by a bit (5-10%?)

What about second lower and pass with merit? What are their chances of entering big 4?

Probably not a high chance especially when there are over 1.2k accountancy grads each year
