Hi,


Wanted to share my experience with ITgeek in Lazada.
Managed to get a good discount coupon during the national day sales in Lazada, and then proceeded to buy a monitor from them.


I noted that they're around S$200 bucks cheaper due to the "8.8" sales, and they've got fairly good ratings at the point of purchase.


The day after I have bought, i.e. after the promo was over, they told me that they're not going to honour my order.
Thus they refunded and the reason a nonsensical incorrect delivery address.

I would advise all of you to stay away from ITgeek in Lazada unless you don't mind waiting for a sale, be on the ball to collect voucher, and then get your order cancelled.


What a pity that Lazada doesn't give me the option to leave a review on their page :(

Bought once from ITGeek last month using promo code, never encountered this issue.

Doubt ITGeek would put their cancellation numbers at risk.

They usually respond quite fast as well via phone & in app messaging.

I am curious though, what monitor and what price are you getting haha

Not sure why the images I attached are not popping up in my opening. I just tried to reach Lazada Support per your advice. From what I understand, these e-commerce sites are not really punishing the sellers for cancellations, unlike Grab :s13:

They read and did not respond to my messages after they've told me that the pricing is wrong.
It would be in my attached image, but I bought the U4320Q at S$1,123.60. Not sure how can they get the price wrong but it is about S$200 cheaper than the norm. In fact, they counter-offered me at S$1,339.00 after, i.e. S$200 more. LOL!

I should have watched out for the Q&A section in the post before I purchased.

Really weird then, maybe contact Lazada support and see if there is something they can do about it.

oh, so pricing wrong, not delivery address.....

that sucks, they should have been upfront about it rather then say wrong address

and wow , that tyson on Q&A is not you right? their response seems like a joke....

very different from when i had a call with the person.

Ah well, you learned already. time to wait for the next deal

but that is 1 HUGE monitor, hope you intended to be at least more then 1 meter away from it.

I echo TS sediments as I am just victimized at this CRAPPY company. Bought a printer from them nearly 3 months ago, they say preorder and I waited way past the timeframe now they tell me I have to top up because manufacturer increase price? They even allot my allotment of the printer to people behind my queue! This is a company who treats its customer like this, not worth even $10!

So folks, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This company look at their listing already know unreliable. Don't have stock keep taking people's money for GPU to scam interests rate from bank.

How many GPU did they actually managed to fulfilled?

I forgot about this thread and "bought" a "pre-order" printer from them during 9.9

And it's not like they are cheaper than Brother Official Store so wtf?

So now I have to wait 2 months while their system tells Lazada the product has already been delivered.

Why Singapore don't have class action lawsuits system to deter this kind of companies

That's why shopee is a better platform because they don't have such a loop hole, or at least not as bad.

Lately Lazada has been dropping the ball on CS, it seems like they can't keep up with the stunts the sellers are pulling anymore. I had another company also accept an order for something and then later call me to claim the item was a display unit but they "forgot" to mark it as such. I told them to cancel on their end. A few months later, I see the same listing for the same product by the same seller, still with no mention it's a display unit.

Yes a co-worker of mine fell into their trap too! They kept going in circle
