Integrated plans include certain outpatient treatment such as chemotherapy, dialysis treatment 'as charged'.
If someone is diagnosed with cancer, after being discharged from hospital, how long will the outpatient treatment be 'as charged'. Will it be pegged to post hospitalisation? Or will it be permanently covered for all chemo sessions
