There's no technology to determine inside is fake because outside, box and everything were real.
Got card got everything. And the pawn shops most likely also weight and roughly look at the inside, hear the movement got unusual noise or not before paying. So what technology you want to use to scan the inside?

People who play these watches, they send for authentication at certain shops run by ex-Rolex technicians.

Not relying on whatever card , box, packaging, qr code, bla bla.
