Soon Seng Transport.

I have used them a couple of times. Their workers are fast.

Price range I think you got to call them and ask, also depend whether need to climb stairs or take lift and amount of stuff you moving. The most expensive I used them were $600, cheapest was $400+ but I think $500 could be a safe gauge.

I infrequently post recommendations for service providers. Once, I selected a mover which placed a big advert in the yellow pages. His services were so horrific that I cancelled the second day's appointment.

I rushed to Soon Seng for the replacement service. They were very professional and their services were commendable. They saved my day. I hope they continue to be so.

Movers - HuaLian Transport

I want to caution anyone looking for a mover to avoid HuaLian Transport unless your items can be handled roughly.
I used Hua Lian service in Dec 2017 to move my things into my newly renovated home.

In Hua Lian Facebook page they claim to be a professional mover. But actually they were just a group of freelancer. The movers and lorries are probably mobilized from workers and driver doing part time or individual small transportation owners and some I suspect may be working for someone but using their spare time to do sideline. The boxes they provided for packing were small and can hardly pack much things. These boxes were from some company manufacturing non-dairy creamer as stated on the boxes. These movers and lorries come at different timing although they commit to you one timing. These mover were fast workers but put little care to protection of your items. When the items was moving into my new house they used trolleys without putting protective cover to protect my flooring or entrance door. They will tell you that this trolley wheels are made of rubber that will not damage my flooring. It was very unfortunate for me that one of their mover chipped my wooden main door. Really heart pain when you see a piece of your main door damage on first day of moving in. When I ask their supervisor what he intend to do about it he just brush it off and said it’s just an accident and it happens some time. He even turn aggressive and ask me if I am going to pay them. I tried calling and texting Hua Lian Transport but there was no respond from them and the person I have been liaising with named Joey didn’t pickup the phone and didn’t call back despite leaving messages for her to call back for many days.
Do avoid this mover.
They may just setup another company under a different name and run the same mover business model. So be cautious and ask more questions before using these movers.

I think you can also consider Helping Hands movers. Used their service once and I feel they did a good job. I was also considering Shalom movers because of the good reviews and feedbacks.

Personally, I feel everyone will have a different opinion on which is good and which is not. People who are more easy going tend to give positive feedbacks easier than those who are not. So you need to take these reviews/ recommendations with a pinch of salt depending on your expectations.

Also when it comes to price, I don't recommend cheap movers. Not all of them are bad, but you may need to manage your expectations for cheaper services. I had a very bad experience with a mover a friend recommended and it was at a very reasonable price for a big lorry. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to use the service because the person always fly my kite. For 3 times he said he will turn up, he never did. 3 strikes I never call him again. No follow ups and I have to call him each time when he misses the time he said he will turn up. I called Helping Hand ultimately, and they were prompt and professional.
