Housing loan help needed

Just booked a unit at Botanique today.

Now wanna settle loan. I am keen in DBS FHR loan.

But also looking at OCBC FDMR package.

Any advice?

Ocbc fdmr yr1-3 fdmr (.65%) + 1.23% thereafter 2.35%
Dbs fhr entire tenure fhr (0.6%) + 1.25

Dbs highest fhr was 1.8% at 2008

While ocbc was only 0.925%

Ocbc hasnt change its fdmr since 2011

Dbs just adjusted fhr dec 2015.

Did you consider any 2-3 year fixed rate type ?

I have recently enquired with a DBS banker and according to the factsheet that i was given. The highest FHR18 was 0.925% at 2008

I think DBS is using FHR18 for their current loan which i was told is actually the FD rate 18mths.
