Their repair department is prolly 2 jhk "technicians" whole day watch stupid tiong video clips with canned laughter and for items under warranty do 1-1 swap while for items past warranty just reply email beyond repair.

Was interested prism TV & Aircon. My mother has prism TV and I find their interface unfriendly. Guess that goes to the same for their Aircon as well.

U won't regret it in the long term especially got after sales support and warranty claim issues. Even my towkay ID reno friend say avoid plism-. Steer clear of sterra. Aircon stick to mitsubishi or daikin won't go wrong one...

I am using a BioPure water dispenser from Elken.
Immediately can get hot water without the need to switch on the electric kettle.

However, got yearly maintenance for filters. The old and used filters are usually blackened with dirt particles.
