Some counter staff made elderlies sign form even though when asked, they indicate payment by credit card. To revoke Medisave deductions, patients kenna go back to counter sign another form again.

Yes, it's due they hate log in to check CPF statement as screen sight is poor & printing must go CPFb. For elderlies, CPF should carry on paper statements.

Last time if a person go A&E but was not warded, think he have to pay whole amount in cash. Don't know if they change that too.

Really? I just "manually" used medisave for the first time for a MRI scan. $510 bill i can only use $300. nice, i can't use my own money for valid medical reason. thanks Ye Kung!
