How did I Kena ntuc points?

I just realized I Kena 3 points on Dec 17 when another edmwer ask me to check. I wasn't even notified that I Kena.

1. Last time have pm to tell us we Kena points for what post. I just checked inbox, no such pm leh.
2. The post I Kena points for is moved/deleted. So I don't even know what post caused me the points.
3. No alert or notification to inform me I Kena. No bell, no pm, how would I have known or learn from it?
4. Why my ntuc points expire in 1 yr? I don't have any other points what.

1. The new forum software does not automatically send a notification. The Moderator has to manually click on an option to send the notification, and could have forgotten to do so.

This is ridiculous.
How does this post warrant points? Obviously it is a joke right? I joking, never slam people, no racial harm or what. Why will Kena?

Agree. This is a new low by the mods. They no longer moderste according to T&Cs. Its all up to their own whim and fancy now.

Just some feedback from me

The moderators seem to be a bit forgetful lately.

I would recommend reverting back to the previous procedure of remembering to manually click on the option to send the notification as people value transparency (case in point, the mods over at Reddit Singapore).

Just my 2 cents for your consideration
