Sometimes back after i know how to do build DIY comp and OS then thought to start a biz on DIY computer service.

price competition against SLS. Bros here probably gonna call for more discount further against SLS shops plus delivery and installation.

next up.. Seem quite a number of buyers got scam online. How to ensure a win-win situation deal. COD is out as buyer can fly kite or put a random 999999 as postal code.
full payment before delivery is also out. ; IEsupply case study will tell you why.

Final thought : i still interested in this biz if margin good enough and I can do cable management pretty well. LOL
