Go to bank and say u want buy bonds

they sell you in big bulk, $200k-ish

You can also buy retail bonds or bond funds. The 200k++ ones are for institutional or acreditated investors (usually hnwi).

SGS:
- primary auctions: through ATMs or Internet banking
- secondary auctions: through SGX or banks

Other bonds:
- SGX if they are listed, but usually they are traded in lots of $250k par value. Go to the category "Retail bonds" to see what is traded.
