do you scoop the meat out of the shell or use the shell like a spoon and pour the meat directly from the shell into your mouth?
There is something call the oyster fork where you disconnect it from the shell and then you pour directly into your mouth.

I prefer chopped scallops with red vinegar than lemon to go on top of it.

if the restaurant already cut the connecting muscle, then just pour in together with the brine :o
yup moi worked in seafood restoran shark oyster before ~ cut connecting muscle le....

if shark ugly can, the staff can ownself eat the oyster lol, moi eat oyster pref with tobasco sauce.....

Raw, in container... Shell removed.
Squeeze some lime/lemon juice...

I like bluff oysters... Big and juicy.
