Got one letter address to flat owner/occupant i opened is telling me saying someone from SPgroup coming to check the gas pipes... i nearly throw that letter away...

Address to registered owner usually is property n insurance (home fire etc) agent

Into the bin. I wonder chenghu don't want ban such letters or flyers stuff at the door. They want go green therefore charge for plastic bags but don't seem to do anything for wasting paper print something that go directly into the bin
