Found out there is such a thing call landlord insurance. AIG is 1 of the insurance company providing it.
What does it cover?
If tenant don't pay rent and don't want to move out, landlord can straight away claim the rental from insurance company? After that insurance company will sue the tenant to get back the rental? insurance company will also all the dirty works such as go to court to get a order to evict the tenant etc so labdlord don't need to do anything, everything let the insurance company do?
If this is the case, i feel buying this landlord insurance is very worth it.
