I have been appointed the court deputy for a family member who has an OCBC premier easisave account. OCBC has given me online access to her account but I don't know how to operate it. There is no online option available for me to transfer from this easisave account to her other OCBC savings account or even to pay hospital bills or place a fixed deposit etc. Can somebody explain to me how the easisave account works? Thanks. Appreciate any tips.

Have you considered reaching out to ocbc since you legally allowed to access it?

It's just a normal current account. Has chequebook which can be used for payments.
You probably can't access it online cos didn't link it to Internet banking. Just log into her Internet banking and look for something that says "link/ unlink account " (something to that effect). Then you choose to link that account. You can call up the bank , or go to the bank for help if you can't find the link.
Once you have linked it, you operate it like any other account

You are right, called the CS and she says it is current account that only can use chequebook to withdraw. CS says to go down to bank to solve problem.
I will try to see if I can a link/unlink account. Thanks a lot !

Later I go home , I log in and try to check for you how to look for the link / unlink
Did you try to look for it yourself first?

From the headings choose "Customer service " ( the 4th column )
You'll see a drop down menu.
Choose "Link/delink (7th line)
Tick in the box for that account
