Dunno, but they get posted to unit damn fast....so fast till I see the newly posted E9L9 ppl's ORD date I also haiz.......

E1 then need to go for a 1 week tour at Kranji camp or something, E9 is directly posted to the respective unit. Jitao start work as an admin.

i think they have a 1 or 2 week bmt at HRI. cant remember at sembawang or kranji camp or something. then after that post to unit as REC. after a few months promote to PTE.

eh those don't know about the new PES E BMT scheme, let me update you. Since Mid 2010, all PES E recruits are to enrolled into 1 month PES E BMT course at Human Resource Institute in Kranji Camp 3.

For the entire duration of the course, there will be no stay in, everyday there will be buses to ferry you guys in and ferry you guys out to yew tee mrt. (unless there's a new changes since I was there)

There will be no physical activity, the purpose of the course is to let the new recruit adjusted to military environment and last week for your course will be vocational training depending on which vocation you are assigned (security trooper, admin assistant, store man).

Yeah....Moi notch E9L9 but moi unit a lot of clerks and storeman. I ord end of THIS year already damn sian already le. Some of their ord date is 2017 one lol
