How does Standard Chartered investment work?

Let's say ES3 current asking price of $2.85 with 10000 lot available. I put in an order to buy 100 lot at $2.90. Will I be charged $2.85 per lot or $2.90 per lot?

$2.85 + scb/sgx commission + gst. Same for all other brokerages. And it's not scb investment, it's scb trading.
