how is Shanghai weather in march and April?

was thinking of going but is the weather very different from march to April? seems like march is still very cold?

March can still get quite cold at night, as low as 8 degrees, I needed a thicker coat

I was also looking at air fares and was wondering if it is usually so expensive to Shanghai in March and April?

March
