Hi guys, im planning on buying the SONY S series SVS15136PGB

But the main thing i am concerned about now is the rumoured bad support for SONY.

Could anyone with experience in this kind of matter give me their advice/opinion?

Thanks muchhhH!!!!

I feel their service center is quite slow in servicing but overall quite good

Sorry what do you mean by slow? Is it the time it takes for them to get it fixed? Or the queue at the service centre?

Btw, could anybody also comment on the price of their parts? ie if anything is spoilt and requires replacement are Sony's parts more expensive?

Thank you for your opinion

Slow when comes to checking and fixing. Not only for their laptop, when exchanging my spoiled headphones I also need to wait for 1 week just for them to check if it really spoiled and another 1 week for replacement stock from warehouse.

handled thousands of Sony laptops, I just feel Sony shouldn't be selling laptops at all. Not only S series even the Z series give you headache.

Used to be a good brand I heard, but going downhill rapidly. They always seem to give people the impression that the laptops are made in Japan, but not the case anymore.
