Just use a universal voltage converter to down convert 230v - 120v.
Some PSU behind has the ability to switch between 120 or 240.
If the PSU has APFC, it doesn't have such a switch, and the most of the decent PSUs have APFC. A corollary is that most of the PSUs with official efficiency ratings usually have APFC as well, since the efficiency is measured at 115V while most of the world runs at 230V.
ie. Any mid range quality and above PSU does not have the switch and do not need the switch.
However, there are those PSUs without the switch and also without APFC. These are usually low end models.
