How long does your RMA usually take?

I want to know how long does it take usually for the distributors take to return to you your products. Since I've sent my Kingston ram back and it has been over 2 months since but have not gotten any updates. My asrock motherboard also, its nearing 2 months and i have sent an email and gotten no response. Both companies said they will get back to me in a month but no news.

Really depends. Items like mobo or graphic card can take a long time if they need to send it back for repairs. I think typically 4 to 6 weeks. Longest I waited was 3 months cause card was still faulty when they tested. So gotta send back again. Lame...
