Monthly income inclusive of monthly salary, dividend income and rental income.

For me, it is around 50%, on the high side.

I applied loan when my income was much higher back than. Now I have enter semi retired stage, so cut down on my jobs already.

Moreover, roughly 40 % to 50 % of my income are rental or dividend income currently.

They allow 50% meh?

I thought your husband manage to find a high paying job?

You only paying 5.5 % for your mortgage, this is really amazing.

Still find it difficult to save with kids tuition, food, maid, holidays, transport and my kids asking for new handphone yearly when it spoils...

25% if considering bonus and aws. Hope we can have more cash + OA than mortgage balance within 10 years.
