Tiagong change every 3 years is the most valued for money as Tech quantum jump every 2 years.

My MBP since 2017 still going strong, just battery cmi need to always plug in.

Phone: use until bky use, use until no more updates.

Laptop: almost 10 years. Still ky but limited storage space and updates like supported to certain version nia.

I buy my company issued phone when they do a refresh to replace my personal phone. So once every 3 years?

until cmi lor. like phone battery health down the gutter and starting to have noticeable lag from doing basic operations. e.g. swiping the screen at home page

handphone usu i change every 2 yrs, and always buy 2nd hand flagship with warranty and trade in old phone, so far works well for me

im still on S21+ though

i use desktop at home, slowly upgrade the parts....so far since 2014, changed casing twice, RAM, GPU, sound card, mobo

parts that ramained since 2014: CPU, AIO cooler, PSU....the rest all upgraded :s13:

It depends on the condition of the phone and also when the battery degraded greatly.

actually how does the trade in work now.

considering you have stuff like banking apps and singpass on the phone you want to trade in must it be on the spot one to one?

I got a Google pixel 8a but can't get used to the size want to upgrade to pixel 9 xl . used for about 2-3 weeks
