How Much Can Spoiled S3 Get?

I had a Red S3 that just auto shut down and RIP forever..
Most probly due to the motherboard... But other parts can
Still be salvaged for spare parts like the LCD, touch screen, red case etc..
How much can it fetch for spare parts if to sell it?
