That is so expensive! And this is for black and white simple a4 documents. Is this the market price?

Assuming the lady is paid $8 ph. Assuming the task to complete print is 3 min (listen to you, insert your thumb drive, identify and open doc and send doc to printer, hand over printed doc to you and collect money). Just that time would be 40c, not counting paper, ink, machine depreciation, electricity, rent etc and employer's profit. 50c how to make?
