Airticket: Budget or full fledged ? Business or economy ?
Hotel: 5* or 4* or lower ?

If you are on a budget trip:
Budget airline (no fri go, mon back): base price is about 80+
hotel 3* is about 75 to 90sgd per person for 3nites (based on twin sharing)
total is about <200
luggage add on 25kg is $25, other airline price varies

If you are on full fledged airline econ: $203 to $300
see which airline , travel date, timing , you have chosen
5* hotel, normally about 85 to 200+sgd per nite for two

flight - $220 per person with 30kg baggage (jetstar)
accom - $80+/night ($344) for 2
-- flight + accom = $784 --
spending - $100 sgd a day/person
-- total spending = 1000 --

Jetstar: 79sgd + 12.50sgd (co share one way 25kg)
Hotel 3* : 75sgd for 3 nites per pax
spending: 60 to 70sgd spending each day (meal + cab + shopping)
total : 166.50 + 200 = 366.50sgd

Full fledged + 5* hotel:
Thai Air + 5* swissotel w breakfast = 375sgd (4d3n)
spending: 60 to 70sgd spending each day (meal + cab + shopping)
total: 375 + 200 = 575sgd

Done that before also, $80 for Jetstar, didnt pay for luggage.

Spending i only spend like $30-40 per day, assuming u dont need to go massive shopping.

transport such as cab fare and meals is about 20 to 30sgd exclude shopping ...
Perhaps walk around big c supermarket buy things, then platinum mall buy clothings, should be about 30sgd more per day on average

My gf recorded all our expenses for our "recent" relax budget 3D2N BKK trip. can take a look.

Using my expenses, modified abit:
For 2 pax:
Total spent on food: $167.32
Taxi/Train: $34.48
--
Divide that by 2: $100.90 per pax for 3D2N.

Add:
Flight Ticket: $97.70
Accommodation: $79.34 / 2 = $39.67

Total without entertainment, per pax: $238.27 for 3D2N
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Change the parameters abit,
Accommodation (change 2N to 3N) = $39.67 / 2 * 3 = $59.51
Assume $100.90 is for 3D2N/pax, convert to 4D3N= $134.53

Total: $273.74 estimated for 4D3N?

Of course that excludes shopping and entertainment,
Every alternate day go massage: (250 baht x 2) = $20SGD
Everyday buy 3 shirt average (150baht x 3 x 4) = $72SGD

Total: $365.74

(And yes, this is considered budget trip. But we still ate decent food all that, with some cafe hopping. We still didn't spent much)

It would really depend on what you wanna do.

For me recent few flights thai airways / SQ - $ 203 - $238
Accommodation - $65 a night nett [ I got my own place so I save on this ]
Travel - normally would TOP up my rabbit card 500 baht and MRT card 1000 baht.

Food don't need to say want to eat what just eat
Entertainment - club / drinks depending who and where I go range from $200 to $600 a night

1 day SGD$100 for food, misc, and transport.

Tailor another cost, other purchase another cost.

Also, if want save on hotel and flight, look out for deals and book earlier.

I am not too sure but it also seem to me that if you want to bring luggage, I would rather purchase full fledged airline den budget. The differences is not that big. Unless, you go without luggage and come back with the BKK zao lor bag, den u will see the bigger cost ba.
