How much lesser will a Knox-tripped Note 4 fetch?

I miss the feeling of tweaking my phone, so I'm contemplating flashing CM12.1 on my 910G (Temasek 12.1 FTW). However the obvious question here is resale value. With pesky Knox in the equation my phone will be forever scarred (in a sense) once I flash anything onto it. Anyone with experience selling a Knox-tripped phone, can you share how much your phone fetched compared with the market value?

i would have thought that if phone is out of warranty period, it will not matter if KNOX is tripped or not? If within warranty period then it will void the warranty which will reduce it's resale to the same value as a export set?
