you will only use up to what the system use, not according to psu rating. I use a 300w psu on an atom system, power draw is 15w not 300w

that's only true when u r within the psu efficiency range 20%-100%. try using a 650w psu on your atom system and tell me if it's power draw from wall is still 15w. watch it again if u still don't understand.

if u watch beedio, get the 450w will do. I have very bad exp with 450w psu, and normally its very hot. 500w to 600w not so hot.

Gold efficiency isn't a must and bronze efficiency is not a bad one. It's more base on your usage. If u on 24/7, most of the time u will consider gold or higher efficiently. But if u just turning on PC to use for like certain hours, maybe 8hrs, bronze is still good for such usage.
