Any new working adults trying to save up, invest, or just make sense of personal finance? How much should you really have saved by 30? Is hitting $100K realistic?

overall wealth very varied, not how much you save, it's how much overall you have. some put property, some put savings, some chiong investments...

u can have 100k by 30s, another made money via investments get 150k with same capital over the years.
another kuku lost money and only left with 50k with same infusion of capital over the years.

100K is low leh. at 30 should have 200k at least

I had more than $100k saved by age 30, just collected my HDB.

Unfortunately, lost everything and all insurance policies in a failed business.

It's not only about saving, its about planning and prudence after you have the money. There are no lessons no exact science to how to do it correctly.
