From Taichung to hualien take train lol...only in Taichung got hire cab but 700 is just mainly for expenses n 2 days Taichung hotel stay others pay in full alrdy

If not buying much then okay lor. Better withdraw more and standby in case u need more. Also right now SGDTWD is not the best time to change.

From Taichung to Hualien direct by train, not many. So will need change at Taipei or Shulin station.

My advise. Get a Single trip to Taipei station. Then a TAIPEI-HUALIEN-TAIPEI return tix. Return tix, will save u about 10% off the total ticket price.
