How multiple bet works?

I understand if you bet say England to win, payout 2, Portugal to win, payout also 2, if you bet multiple, you bet $1 to win $4.

How about level ball? England level ball and Portugal but somehow England draw, you don't win since you have to win all right?

So if 1 team is giving 0.25 handicap, might as well go for 0.5 for higher payout right? Since a draw doesn't make you lose half, just bet for win.

I play for fun $10 bet returns is $29.40. So the odds is at $2.94. I dont even know how they derive that number but whatever. I just wanted to try my luck and I won.

Not sure how level ball and Asian handicap works as not well versed in them

level ball if draw is refund, so the multiple odds from 2 x 2 = 4 become 1 x 2 = 2

I know SG Pools all odds are like ****...but they deliberately do this cos they are the only legal game in town...
